Confidentiality Agreement
All communications sent from Natalie G. Coldiron, PLLC have been sent either by an attorney or on behalf of an attorney. These communications are covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510-2521, which criminalizes the interception of email and other transmissions. They are legally privileged (including attachments) and intended only for the use of the individual(s) or entity(ies) to which it is addressed. Any communication between a lawyer and client is confidential and not intended to be disclosed to any third persons (Fla. Stat. §90.502). It may contain information that is confidential, proprietary, privileged, and/or exempt from disclosure under applicable laws. Any review, retransmission, dissemination or other use of, or taking of any action in reliance upon this information by persons or entities other than the intended recipient is strictly prohibited. If you have received an e-mail or other communication in error, please notify us so that we may take the appropriate action. If you are not the intended recipient(s) of any e-mail, please delete all copies the message, and any attachments, and notify the sender by return e-mail immediately.
